CEDECAT

Activities of Childhope Brasil, through the CEDECAT:

Sensitization of entrepreneurs how much the Learning Law (only portuguese version) is important;
Orientation for adolescents and families about infanto works rights;
Sensitization of agents,public and private educators for the problems decurrent of work in infanto-youthful;
Pontual egal actions in labor and civil area;
Research and spreading the informations;
Development of campaingns and other projects that contribute to the end of explotation of children and adolescents works;
Boarding of adolescents and youngs in work for orientations and directions.

The projects is develope in partnership with anothers organizations like Association of Adolescents and Youngs Workers of Rio de Janeiro, a AAJT/RJ, wich stimulate the creation in 1998 and the Rede Rio Criança. With this last, especially, was started the boarding with boys and girls in pessoal and social risk situation, that develope labore activities on streets of Rio de Janeiro.

The CEDECAT project incetives too and realize profissional qualifications courses destinaded to adolescents and youngs of 16 à 25 years old.
